The Combat Corner

Welcome to the Combat Corner.

The Combat Corner is a web site that is dedicated to my favorite hobby, micro-armor scale miniature war games. Here you'll find resources for both historical and science fiction war games including Game Workshop's Epic 40,000, Ground Zero Games Dirtside II, and a few games I designed myself.

What's New
June 5, 2003 Where did those Epic Army Lists, Unit Stats, and War Machines sections go? After receiving an email from Games Workshop's Legal Department I wanted to make sure the site is in compliance with GW's Intellectual Property (IP) rights. Rather than cause any problems I'm removing these sections as they might be seen as being an issue. I've also updated the disclaimers and made other minor changes.

Jan. 9, 2003 I've added a bunch of new new links and fixed the broken ones in the Links section.

Dec. 20, 2002 You may be interested in the miniatures in my collection, so I've tabulated the rather insane numbers and put them on the site in the new Minatures section.

Nov. 21, 2002 The Tau come to Epic!!! I've updated the Epic documents to incorporate the changes in Epic Magazine 9 and 10. These two issues introduce Epic Tau rules to go with the excellent Epic Tau miniatures. The updates include:
  • The Tau - see Epic 40,000 Tau entries in the Army Lists, Unit Statistics, and War Machines sections
  • Updated the Epic Magazine Index in the Epic 40k section.
  • Updated the Unit History Epic 40k section to include the Tau.
Apr. 28, 2002 I've updated the Epic documents to incorporate the changes in Epic Magazine 7 & 8. This update includes:
  • Updated the Epic Magazine Index in the Epic 40k section.
  • Statistics for the Warmonger Titan - see Imperial War Engines in the Epic 40,000 War Machines section
Mar. 10, 2002 Added Email Updates to the site. This should make it easier to stay up to date with changes at the Combat Corner. See the text at the top of the page for details.
